COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Kinetico Customer,

We are reaching out to share what we are doing here at Kinetico to support you and your water needs as the situation around the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve. We are doing everything we can to ensure your safety while providing the service you expect from us.

We know how important reliable service is to you, now more than ever. But there is nothing more important to us than the health and wellbeing of our customers and Kinetico team members. We are monitoring the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other public health officials, and we have implemented the following precautionary steps.

Keeping Stores Clean: Providing a safe and clean environment for our customers is a top priority, and we are committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness. Our stores are professionally cleaned following the methods recommended by public health authorities. Additionally, we have re-emphasized our cleaning and hygiene protocols with employees.

• We are inspecting and cleaning our public areas on an hourly basis (including lobbies, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.) using disinfectants.
• We have increased the availability and use of antibacterial hand sanitizers.

Kinetico Employees and In-Home Support: Kinetico supervisors are reinforcing public health guidelines with every employee including sales representatives, service technicians and retail store associates. This includes the use of hand sanitizers as well as the wiping of areas within your home that an employee has touched. Any employee who is feeling ill is not to report to work. In turn, we ask that if anyone in your home does not feel well, you contact us to reschedule your Kinetico home visit. We will be happy to assist you at another time.

As always, we are committed to serving you and will remain focused on providing our services in a manner that is consistent with recommended protocols as well as your expectations.
